At Community Living Chatham-Kent, we are able to provide up to 24-hour support to meet the needs of people in several homes in Chatham-Kent.

What We Do

• Provide the necessary supports to help people adapt to the demands of everyday life.

Description

• Assist with day-to-day routines
• Development of skills in meal preparation, household responsibilities, shopping, budgeting, and including all aspects of activities of daily living
• Administration of medications and treatments
• Ensure medical, dental and specialist consultations and follow-up is provided
• Leisure and recreational activities
• Support people to make informed decisions about their lives
