At Community Living Chatham-Kent, we are able to provide up to 24-hour support to meet the needs of people in several homes in Chatham-Kent.

What We Do

Provide the necessary supports to help people adapt to the demands of everyday life.

Description

Assist with day-to-day routines
Development of skills in meal preparation, household responsibilities, shopping, budgeting, and including all aspects of activities of daily living
Administration of medications and treatments
Ensure medical, dental and specialist consultations and follow-up is provided
Leisure and recreational activities
Support people to make informed decisions about their lives
