The Parkfield Restaurant has established a renowned reputation as one of Chatham’s choice luncheon establishments. In addition to the luncheon menu, the Parkfield also offers a breakfast menu which is served from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. in an atmosphere of warm country charm.

Menu items are prepared fresh daily in the Parkfield kitchens. Main course dishes, specialty sandwiches, crunchy salad fares, and baked goods are results of skills refined to perfection.

The cohesive team effort focusing on Health Standards, consistent quality, and customer service has greatly attributed to the success of the Parkfield. The role of each and every job concludes in fine food, good service, and an enjoyable experience for the valued customers.

The combined abilities of 18 program participants and 3 support workers, keep the picture window operation to standard. Cooks, bakers, salad, food and vegetable preparers, soupers, bussers, servers, janitors, carriers, launderers, and dishwashers, do it all.

Continued patronage of customers provides the opportunity to attain, refine, and challenge skill development.

Catering is growing in popularity for pickup/take-out as part of the dinner parties, special get-togethers, and candlelight evenings. The Parkfield menu is offered as take-out in addition to the catering menu consisting of main course dishes, baked goods, and specialty desserts.

A private dining room is also available for reservation which will accommodate 10-12 people. A great room for a business meeting, social gathering or a family luncheon.
