Community Living Chatham-Kent believes that each person should have an active role in identifying and choosing their work, volunteer, and recreational activities. This starts with people understanding themselves.
Young people need to try new things, learn to dream, and understand how to make informed choices. We offer social/recreational programs, summer work experiences, and out-of-home respite for people who live at home with families.
For those over 18, a more intensive exploration to prepare for life after graduation from school is offered (see Making It Happen). Employment, and Day Program options can be also be explored as graduation approaches.
