Community Living Chatham-Kent

Adult Supports

Community Living Chatham-Kent understands that individuals and families are unique. Working together we will identify the assistance you need, and the options available to meet those needs. This may include services we offer, or we may recommend a referral to one of our community partners.

Services are available for people who live at home with their families, and for people living independently. We offer out-of-home respiteEmployment Services, sheltered employment, and Day Program options, social/recreational opportunities, and future planning. We also provide help for people living on their own, whether supports needed are to help make healthy choices at the grocery store, someone to help with medical appointments, to take your medications properly, or teach you to take care of your home.

We also offer group residential accommodations to people who require direct staff support to be healthy, successful, and safe.
