Through the
Making It Happen Program, a group of self advocates are learning and discovering how to stand up and speak for themselves. In conjunction with other Community Living agencies in the tri-county, these individuals have attended and participated in self advocacy workshops in Windsor and Port Elgin. Come join the Making It Happen participants (ages 18 - 28 years) who:
- Discover themselves
- Set goals
- Explore dreams
- Learn what they need
- Stand up and speak out
- Connect with their peers
