Community Living Chatham-Kent provides services for people who have an intellectual disability throughout the community of Chatham-Kent and helps them to get the assistance they need for themselves and their family. Our vision is that of an inclusive, caring community where all people belong and have equal opportunity to participate effectively. Your donation will help us further this important work in the community.
