Our vision at Community Living Chatham-Kent is “Discovering Dreams, Connecting Lives”. We build this philosophy into all that we do.
This year, the Community Living Chatham-Kent’s Snowflake Campaign will benefit children who have an intellectual disability to further enjoy the benefits of attending the Respite Program
Gifts to the 2018 Snowflake Campaign will be used to purchase outdoor play equipment, computer resources, as well as resources that are used every single day. There are currently sixty families who access the Children`s Respite Program.
