Community Living Chatham-Kent is a progressive, innovative organization committed to a vision of including individuals who have an intellectual disability in the community. By discovering and building on dreams and goals people realize their potential and chosen lifestyle within inclusive communities.

As a leader in the field, Community Living Chatham-Kent offers support to over 300 individuals who have an intellectual disability and their families including residential and day supports, assistance with employment, community supports, school to work transitions and respite care (children / adult).

Community Living Chatham-Kent has a team of over 240 employees who are committed to enabling people achieve their personal goals, facilitate relationships, enhance skill development and build social roles within their community.



Hiring Goals

To attract, select, retain and promote employees who have the knowledge, skills, aptitudes and attitudes necessary for Community Living Chatham-Kent to successfully fulfill its Mission.
